Jodie was born to a generational flower gardener and raised in the countryside of Western New York. A love for flowers inspires most of her work - their short lived natural beauty contrasted with the abstraction of their deep and lasting meaning for people.
She studied studio art and psychology in college then pursued other career options. Now based in Indianapolis, she has revived her passion for painting and hopes to bring people peace and healing through art.
